Agreement to Terms

By accessing lindabloomrentals.com, submitting an inquiry, or reserving rental items, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this site or our services.

Nature of Our Business

Linda’s Bloom Rentals provides rentalof premium faux and silk floral arrangements, stands, pillars, and event décor. You are renting, not purchasing.All items remain the exclusive property of Linda’s Bloom Rentals at all times. Title never transfers to the client.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding contracts to reserve rentals.

Reservations and Booking

  • Inquiries and cart submissions are requests, not confirmed bookings
  • A reservation is confirmed only when we issue written confirmation and the required deposit is received
  • Dates are held on a first-confirmed, first-served basis
  • We recommend booking well in advance, particularly for weddings and peak season

Pricing

  • Listed prices are rental rates for a single event, not purchase prices
  • Prices exclude delivery fees, setup fees, applicable Florida sales tax, and travel charges outside our standard service area
  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Confirmed bookings are honored at the confirmed rate.
  • Custom design work is quoted separately

Payment

  • A deposit of 25% is due at booking to secure your date
  • The remaining balance is due 2 days before the event date
  • Bookings with unpaid balances may be canceled without refund of deposit
  • Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate delivery and pickup addresses, venue access instructions, and event timing
  • Ensure someone is present to receive delivery at the agreed time
  • Protect rental items from weather, fire, open flame, water, food, beverages, and physical damage
  • Keep items in a secure location between setup and pickup
  • Not relocate, alter, disassemble, repaint, or attach anything to rental items without written permission
  • Not sublease, resell, or transfer items to any third party
  • Return all items in the same condition and quantity delivered

Substitutions

Faux florals may vary slightly in stem count, shade, and arrangement from photographs. We may substitute a comparable item of equal or greater value if an item is unavailable, damaged in a prior event, or unusable. Substitutions are not grounds for refund.

Damage and Loss

You are financially responsible for any item that is damaged, stained, broken, or not returned. Charges are assessed at deemed value of the item’s stated replacement value. See the Rental Agreement for full terms.

Cancellations

Governed by the Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law:

  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific rental at issue
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or event disruption
  • We are not liable for injury, property damage, or loss arising from your use, handling, or placement of rental items after delivery
  • We are not liable for venue restrictions, venue denial of access, or third-party vendor failures

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Linda’s Bloom Rentals, its owner, and its agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense arising from your use of rental items or your breach of these Terms.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including hurricanes, severe weather, flooding, fire, power failure, illness, government order, or venue closure. In such cases we will work with you in good faith to reschedule.

Intellectual Property

All website content, photography, gallery images, arrangement designs, logos, and copy are the property of Linda’s Bloom Rentals and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content commercially without written permission.

Photography Release

We may photograph our arrangements at your event for portfolio and marketing use. Images will focus on décor, not guests. Notify us in writing before your event date if you do not consent.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Central Florida.

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time. Bookings are governed by the version in effect on the date of confirmation.
